Our AVM heavy-duty free wheeling hubs are a direct bolt-on replacement for the KZJ70, 71, 73, and 78 Series Toyota LandCruiser / Prado.

AVM Heavy Duty Hubs
- These hubs have been designed for additional strength using a heat-treated carbon steel drive ring instead of the standard cast steel ring used in the standard hubs.
- Ideal for vehicles fitted with front diff locks, which are prone to breaking standard hubs.
- Designed to strengthen this weak point in the drive line when the diff locks are used.
Be aware of eBay fakes > Â Genuine hubs have an aluminium outer body, while the fake hubs have a very shiny (chrome-appearing) plastic outer body.
Operation
- Turning the hub from 4×2 to 4×4 locks the inner and out hubs together
- Set the hubs to the Free position for normal on-road or off-road hard surfaces
