Reduction Gears to suit 80 & 100 series Toyota LandCruiser HF2A (Full-Time Transfer case) (25% Reduction)

These 25% reduction gears have been designed to directly replace the Toyota LandCruiser constant 4WD HF2A transfer case low-range gears fitted to FJ, FZJ, HZJ, and HDJ models built since 1990.

Vehicles fitted with automatic transmissions, standard or otherwise, can also take advantage of the extra low gearing in low range as a dramatic improvement in engine braking is achieved, giving much improved off-road performance and increased safety.

Vehicles fitted with larger tyres can regain lower than original gearing when fitted with these gears.

For example, 35″ tyres will increase your vehicle’s ground speed by approximately 15%. With this low-range gearset fitted, you will still have a 10% lower overall ratio than a standard vehicle.
